Utah veterinary emergency center is amazing. It is so clean. The staff is amazing. I had to take my 17 year old dog in on Saturday night. They all took care of her with so much care and treated her like their own pet. I so recommend them to any one that needs emergency care on any of the fur babies. Dr. Jenell is so amazing. Highly recommended.
Great emergency vet with friendly, welcoming staff who truly care about animals. They were helpful, attentive, and explained everything clearly. Pricing was very reasonable compared to other places. Highly recommend for quality care at a fair cost.

I will bring all of my animals here for everything they ever need. I took my dog to another vet that told me and my kids that our dog will probably die soon due to an abscess on her bottom. He said she was too old. Just give her some pain meds and let her go. Our dog is a 14 year old part of the family. I went to this place to get a second opinion and was told that she would be just fine. The other vet’s diagnosis was bogus. This place was beautiful and clean. The staff super nice and helpful. The dr. was very thorough and professional. Love love love this place!!
Dr Sharber and her team took excellent care of my beloved Willa today. Dr Sharber is very knowledgeable, kind, and familiar with sighthounds. The surgical team took good care of her and she is now home resting comfortably. I am so happy to have a veterinary hospital offering such good care nearby that is also open on weekends and nights (the most likely time to need vet care!)
Super happy with how my dogs operation went, the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable even with my dog acting up. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for help for their pets 100%
This place is absolutely amazing! My fur baby needed her eye removed and they treated her like she was one of their own! It's a beautiful facility with state of the art equipment and extra thoughtful touches. The staff are kind and the communication is great! I'm SO glad I brought my baby there! She's out of pain now and doing great! I will definitely be taking her back here for any care she needs. If you need a place to take your pet and want the best care possible for them, this is the place!
the kindest staff and a clean/comfortable environment! i’m so grateful they’re open on Sundays!! we had an emergency poison control situation with my pup and they took the best care of her. i called on the drive up and they were ready for us right when we walked in! they answered all my questions and explained payments clearly. you can tell they genuinely care and actually love what they do (not just there because it’s their job). they even called me the next day to make sure my puppy was doing okay! i would highly recommend!
My dog had a sever ear infection and could not get him into anyone. Made a call up to Utah Vet Emergency Center and they got me right in, checked over my dog, discussed all pricing before proceeding and surprising me. Staff went above and beyond and was amazing. Found my new animal doctor. Cannot say I recommend them more!

Dr. Sharber has been one of our family vets for years, and I’m delighted to see her and her team have opened their own practice. Whether it was an urgent issue with our dogs or helping us get our cats’ weights under control, she was so patient with our questions and always took the time to help us understand how to be better pet parents. I’ll definitely be choosing UVEC whenever my pets need care.
Dr. Sharber and all of the staff were so kind and knowledgeable. I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention we were given. You can tell that they love each and every animal that walks into their doors. So happy that I found this amazing veterinary clinic!
From beginning to end everyone was compassionate and empathetic. They checked on me multiple times to ensure I was okay and didn’t need anything. My dog immediately loved everyone. Services are reasonably priced as well!! Definitely recommending others to come here for their pet care! Thank you to the entire staff ♥️♥️

Dr. Janell Casey is amazing!! The staff are also great! I feel incredibly lucky to have her caring for my dogs—she truly takes the time to understand what’s going on and is committed to helping my Gus get better. 🐶🐾 She spends quality time explaining everything clearly and makes sure you understand her approach, including what she recommends for diagnosis and why. It’s obvious she genuinely cares. The staff is also very caring and great with both my dogs, and their customer service is excellent! I highly recommend UVEC to anyone looking for exceptional care for their pets!
